En consultation, pas de comptage de calories ni de plan alimentaire restrictif, simplement une prise en charge bas\u00e9e sur vos objectifs et sur l\u2019\u00e9coute de vos sensations alimentaires. En parall\u00e8le de mon activit\u00e9, je continue de me former quotidiennement afin de vous apporter une prise en charge la plus en ad\u00e9quation avec les recommandations actuelles.\u00a0<\/p><p>Form\u00e9e \u00e0 la prise en charge des pathologies f\u00e9minines (SOPK, endom\u00e9triose, SPM, troubles de la m\u00e9nopause), j\u2019accompagne les femmes concern\u00e9es afin qu\u2019elles puissent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de tous les outils n\u00e9cessaires au quotidien pour att\u00e9nuer leurs sympt\u00f4mes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Je suis aussi en capacit\u00e9 de vous accompagner pour d\u2019autres probl\u00e9matiques : r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage de diab\u00e8te, perte de poids, r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage alimentaire, intol\u00e9rances, alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne\/vegan\u2026 les champs d\u2019action sont nombreux.
